Is cologne the first thing that comes to mind?

These ads for a new Tom Ford fragrance for men appeared in the pages of GQ men’s magazine. Without the use of text in these ads would it even be clear what they were trying to promote? The woman is posed in very sexual stances.  How do you feel about these ads? Do you think other consumer's would feel the same way as you?

Wow, talk about eye catching! it works on all the levels it was intended to..specifically for the target audience.

Now for those who think this is wrong, think about it.

  4. This article is definitely selling sex. The perfume is just a metaphor for the woman's body, or more specifically, the disjointed and sexualized parts of her body.
